HR had approached me wanting to create something that was to uniquely represent each employee for the upcoming mid-year offsite. Some initial ideas that were discussed included having each employee superimposed on an iconic album cover or even recreate the Sgt. Peppers artwork with all the employees in the shot. Finally it was decided to create panda avatars for everyone, as Pandora employees were also known as Pandas.

This was quite a mammoth task, as there were over 45 employees which I had to create unique panda avatars for. I created a basic panda template and then used each person's physical appearance, such as hairstyle and facial features, or personal traits (their hobbies or interests) to create a panda that was uniquely them. As a final result, I compiled them into a class photo, arranging the avatars roughly by height, to create the Pandora ANZ Class of 2016.
